OUR POLICIES: 

ORDER PROCESSING

In alignment with our sustainability goals and keeping our carbon footprint at a minimum, all order fulfillments are done from our warehouse in Europe where our materials are sourced and all products are manufactured. Orders placed and pre-approved by 9PM Eastern time/ 6PM Pacific time will be processed and shipped the next business day. In effort to provide you with an elevated shopping experience, we provide free of charge DHL Worldwide Express shipping on all orders. All import taxes are pre-paid.

For most continental USA locations, shipping will take 3 to 4 business days. For Hawaii, Alaska and some isolated territories in the USA, shipping may take up to 7 business days. If you wish for faster delivery, please place your order and email contact@iconoclaststudio.com with your order number and the request for expedited shipping service. If faster shipping is available for your geographical location, your order will be prioritized and processed as per your request. Please note a shipping fee of $45 will be added to the total cost of your order.

RETURN POLICY 

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange within 15 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in new and unused condition with all packaging and tags attached. Please remove all jewelry that could potentially snag the garments and be mindful of makeup staining. Garments that are stained or snagged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Authorization Number provided by us. To receive a return authorization number log in to your account, click on the RMA tab in your profile and follow the easy steps to generate your return authorization. Otherwise, feel free to email us at contact@iconoclaststudio.com include your order number and the email address used at time of purchase. You will receive a reply within 1-2 business days with a mailing label and further return instructions.

REFUNDS

We must receive your return within 15 days of generating your return authorization number. All items must be returned new, unused and with all the packaging and any garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Upon receipt, we will inspect the return for its condition and issue you a refund for the purchase price of the product minus $15 dollars restocking fee. Please allow for 1-2 business days for the processing of your return once is received in our warehouse. Depending on the method of payment, the refund should show up on your account within 3-10 business days. 

LATE RETURNS

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of Santicler.com

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please note, gift cards are not returnable or refundable.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 15 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, please contact Customer Care at contact@iconoclaststudio.com

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. All payment transactions on this website are processed using Braintree, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Santicler.com

Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. The shipping and handling fee you were quoted at checkout will be prorated and applied based on the value of each individual shipment.

GIFT CARDS

You may purchase digital gift cards up to $1000 in value. Your personalized message and the gift card code will be delivered to you the recipient immediately upon checkout. Gift cards are non-transferable and do not expire. Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges on gift card purchases. The unique code must be kept safe and is non-transferable.

When using a gift card, include the code at checkout to receive the credit. Any sum beyond the value of the gift card will have to be paid for via credit card or Paypal before the transaction is complete.

Any amount left on the gift card can be utilized towards a future purchase. 

PAYEMENT ISSUES 

Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.

If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment and contact your bank or the credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order. For further assistance, please contact us. 

COLORS

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Santicler.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?

Because of increased occurrences of fraud, we do not ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

DO YOU OFFER A SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?

We cannot offer same day delivery. In order to avoid wasteful production and unsold inventories, our product is manufactured in small batches and based entirely on the orders received.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, all DHL Worldwide Express shipments require signature on delivery. Customers can grant signature release at their own risk by accessing the following link and following DHL instructions:

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

DOES SANTICLER.COM SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? 

Yes, we can ship to multiple addresses, but not exceeding three at any given time. At least one of the shipping addresses must be the billing address for the form of payment used. Customer service reserves the right to contact the credit card holder and the issuing bank for further verification.

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please be reminded that all of our orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Europe. You may contact customer service at contact@iconoclaststudio.com to request an order be changed or amended. Our team will do its best to accommodate your request unless the order has already been dispatched.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive email notifications keeping you informed of order being received and when the order has been dispatched. The last notification will include a tracking number link that will take you to the DHL website where the exact progress of the order and expected delivery date can be viewed.
